This magnificent self-catering villa, situated in a nature reserve and directly fronting onto the Atlantic Ocean at Llandudno, offers stunning views across the bay. First impressions are of entering a ship moored at the entrance to one of the Cape's most dramatic bays.

The Villa has the most Gorgeous Swimming pool hanging over the Atlantic ocean surpassing anything else in Cape Town with natural beauty and unbelievable positioning. Breath taking views of the waves breaking on the white sandy beach of Llandudno, and mountainous back drop. Arguably the best beach in Cape Town and most sought after area!

Sleeps 10 - 12 people (extra beds in TV room )The four bedrooms and studio each have their own special vantage point. The villa also has two baths, four showers (including one outside), six toilets, servant's room, automatic garage door, five levels, open plan living room and ample off-street parking.

To bathe, it is best to take the coastal foot path down to the Llandudno beach. The south bound foot path takes one to the unspoilt haven of Sandy Bay. Alternatively, just stay at the villa and watch passing ships, surfers, or if you are lucky, a porpoise or whale. Then wait for another stunning evening on the Sunset Rocks. This is luxury villa accommodation like none other!

2.Full payment is due 1 month before arrival.

Cancellation
1.30 days prior to arrival - forfeit 100% of deposit
2.31 days or more prior to arrival - forfeit 50% of deposit
