      This stylish, incredibly spacious split-level apartment boasts an amazing view of the ocean and Lion’s Head, has safe parking in an indoor garage with direct access via a key-operated lift, and an alarm system. The three bedrooms, with the option of an additional two rooms on a third level, is perfect for groups of friends or a large family.

      The lift opens into a chill-out area on the top level whose charming light wooden floors are present throughout all the main areas, including the kitchen. The top floor’s three bedrooms, which are accessed from the semi-lounge area, have durable, modern carpeting and are tastefully furnished and decorated. Each has an en-suite bathroom, built-in cupboards and a fan for warm summer nights, plus there is a safe in the master bedroom to ensure carefree sightseeing.

      The main bedroom also boasts a king-sized bed with a fashionable black finish and matching bedside tables complete with contemporary lamps for late night reading in bed or snuggled up in the leather reading chair. The spectacular vista from the balcony, which is shared with the second room, should be enjoyed while sipping sundowners, and the en-suite bathroom comes with a bath and separate shower.

      The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed in a light wood finish with matching bedside tables and reading lamps, and the same dazzling balcony view as the master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, with equally smart finishing touches. The third bedroom has twin beds that can be made up into one king-size bed on request, and the en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and all the trimmings.

      Level two contains the lounge, dining area, a guest toilet and kitchen, and a spacious balcony for outdoor entertainment or simply enjoying the view over a mug of coffee or a cocktail. The capacious lounge, decorated with modern artwork, has a fan for warm days and a charming fireplace for toasting toes on cooler days and nights – or marshmallows with a mug of steaming hot coco. Watch satellite TV or DVDs on the flat screen TV while reclined amid the cushions on the chic couches with snacks, popcorn and cool drinks.

      The lounge balcony has comfortable loungers for sun worshippers, a built-in braai for an effortless holiday meal, and a stunning swimming pool with more detailed views, in which to take a refreshing dip on warm days or for the more adventurous to indulge in a midnight splash.

      The ultra modern open-plan kitchen with its black finish cupboards, sparkling countertops and breakfast nook has all the mod cons, including a microwave and coffee maker, plus a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer to lighten those necessary but unwelcome chores for a more enjoyable holiday. The back door opens onto a modest walkway where the fresh sea breeze stirs the air and brings delightful scents of sun, sand and salt water.

      Please contact us if we can help in any way. We arrange airport transfers, car hire, tours, restaurant bookings or anything else to make your stay with us enjoyable. Also let us know of any particular requirements such as cots and high chairs for infants. We can also happily pre-stock your apartment with food and drinks on your behalf. If you will be celebrating a special occasion during your stay such as a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon, please let us know so that we can make that extra effort on your special day.

      Arrival and Departure
      Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. Check-out time is before 11h00 on the day of departure. We try to accommodate other arrival and departure times, so if you have any special requests please let us know. Please contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 6440 during office hours, or on +27 84 804 9902 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.

      Passports
      South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      Cancellations
      Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pay a 10% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 90 and 61 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 60 and 31 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

      Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and their ability to relet the room. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates, are deemed to be cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

      Terms and Conditions

No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made, and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information, and communicated such to the client.
