      Description


      This spacious, luxurious and ultra-modern apartment overlooking Camps Bay beach has an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area which takes you through to the semi-open plan bedroom and en suite bathrooms. The apartment boasts a truly amazing view of the ocean, under floor heating and air conditioning throughout, an alarm system, wireless internet access, and a sparkling blue splash pool. Take a two-minute walk to have soft white sand between your toes on Camps Bay beach, with the knowledge that your car is secure in the parking area.

      The lounge is stylishly decorated in black and white, with chic white couches to sink into while watching M-Net or satellite TV, and a dark wood coffee table to round off the ensemble. For cooler days when indoor relaxation is what’s called for, guests can make use of the musical keyboard and Play Station 2.

      The dining room houses a glass dining table with a lovely thick silver frame, surrounded by elegant white chairs. Sliding doors open out onto the tiled balcony, where sundowners can be enjoyed along with the spectacular view of the ocean almost directly below. The balcony is protected from the worst of Cape Town’s wind, and on warm days a shower outside next to the splash pool will provide a cool respite, or soak up the sun on one of the four sun loungers.

      Both bedrooms feature a large projector screen with a built-in sound system for watching TV in bed, built-in cupboards, a king-size bed, a safe and an en suite bathroom. The mattress in the master bedroom provides the perfect comfort for the ultimate sleep after a long day of fun, and the bedrooms are also tiled for barefoot pleasure in summer, plus the en suite bathrooms have heated towel rails.

      The master bedroom, tastefully decorated in red, black and white, has a mega-soft shaggy carpet, a comfy couch from which to admire the sea view, and smart bedside lamps for night time reading. Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony with direct access to the pool, and the en suite bathroom has a sizeable round bath perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. The second bedroom boasts elegant silver leaf nightstands and tables, and a modish decorated glass barrier divides the bedroom and the en suite bathroom, which contains a nicely-sized bath, glass enclosed shower, and toilet.

      The modern kitchen, with its cream cupboards, light grey speckled countertops and eye-pleasing silver appliances, turns this apartment into the ideal home away from home. It has all the necessary mod cons to make life easier, including a microwave, fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer conveniently out of sight behind cupboard doors. A breakfast nook, with its comfy bar stools, completes the kitchen, which even has an iPod docking station.

If you will be celebrating a special occasion during your stay such as a birthday, anniversary or honeymoon, please let us know so that we can make that extra effort on your special day.

      Arrival and Departure
      Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 unless otherwise arranged. Check-out time is before 11h00 on the day of departure. We try to accommodate other arrival and departure times, so if you have any special requests please let us know. Please contact 45 minutes prior to your arrival at the property on +27 21 438 6440 during office hours, or on +27 84 804 9902 after hours. Please be aware that there is an after-hours arrival charge of R300 for any arrivals between 19h00 and 7h00.

      Passports
      South African immigration laws require all visitors' passports to have at least two blank pages and to be valid at least six months from your planned date of departure from South Africa. The law is rigorously enforced so please check your passports without delay!

      Cancellations
      Bookings cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival date pay a 10% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 90 and 61 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled between 60 and 31 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
      Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.

      Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and their ability to relet the room. We advise all clients to take out cancellation insurance.

      All changes to bookings once confirmed, including moving from one property to another, or amending dates, are deemed to be cancellation of the first booking, and applicable fees must be charged.

      Terms and Conditions

No binding contract is in force until such time as a rental deposit has been made, and the rental manager has vetted and accepted the payment and guest information, and communicated such to the client.
